Buffalo Pitts Thresher

 

These photos are from an 1899 Buffalo Pitts thresher in action at an October 2010 event at the Yass Antique Farm Machinery Club at Yass, NSW Australia.  The thresher owner is Raymond.  This thresher was originally used in and around the town of Dalton, NSW.  It was owned by the Newman Family, who donated it to the Goulburn Waterworks Museum.  When the museum decided to excess the thresher, it was bought by a member of the Yass Antique Farm Machinery Club.
